Shipping Policy
Allow 3 days for your orders to be processed. Shipping is 5-10 business days for priority first class mail USPS or UPS. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders Placed Monday - Friday after 5pm will begin processing the next business day. Orders will not process or will be shipped on Saturday or Sundays. *After your items have been shipped and you received your tracking number, JaJa Supreme is no longer liable. We ship through USPS and UPS.* *USPS OR UPS should be contacted if your item is lost.*

Return & Exchange Policy
NO RETURNS ON PRODUCTS DUE TO SANITATION PURPOSES. *ALL SALES ARE FINAL* We only refund items that was our fault, such as it being incorrectly sent or a item was missing or an item has a defect. This also is only acceptable within a 24hr time frame. We do not do exchanges or ship replacements. *ALL SALES ARE FINAL* If product is damaged when received, please contact us immediately and no later than 2 business days after you have received the item. Refund must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Use the contact form to fill out and the description of the defective items and or missing items.
